On-Line Training - General Security Awareness Training (GSAT)

All airside pass holders must compete, at least, a GSAT course before they can apply for their airport security pass. This course covers the basics of aviation security to give an awareness of the threat to the sector.

GSAT was introduced in 2008 aimed at individuals employed in controlled and restricted areas of an airport who do not have a direct input to aviation security, for example staff working in restaurants, shops, facility maintenance, etc.

Please note that current EU regulations require that before you can undergo any security training you must have successfully completed a background or pre-employment check. Your employer, or prospective employer, will be able to assist you with this as carrying out this check is part of the process they need to undertake for your job role. Once your employer or prospective employer has provided us with written confirmation that this has been completed, we will send you login details for you to complete the training. If you are a sole trader please contact us and we will provide you with the necessary self- declaration.

You will be required to provide us with your employer's name and contact details, including a valid e-mail address, failure to do so will result in your application being cancelled, and consequently, once you submit your payment we will not be able to provide you with a refund.

£9.60 per entry (including VAT).
